These Terms & Conditions govern your use of lu444 and form a binding agreement between you and the platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms in full.
Introduction and Scope
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between lu444 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the lu444 online gaming platform accessible at lu444.pro. These Terms apply to all areas of the Platform, including casino games, sports betting, crash games, fishing titles, and all promotional or bonus offers made available to registered users.

1. Eligibility and User Obligations
To register and use lu444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Users under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using lu444 in any capacity.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Use of the Platform by corporations, partnerships, or other legal entities as account holders is not permitted.
- You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not have previously had an lu444 account suspended or permanently closed for any breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
lu444 may, at its sole discretion, request documentary proof of eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending verification.
2. Account Registration and Security
Each user may hold only one active lu444 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you suspect that a duplicate account has been created in your name or using your personal details without your knowledge, please contact [email protected] immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. lu444 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify lu444 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Any material misrepresentation in your registration details constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- You must keep your registered contact information — including your mobile number — up to date. An outdated mobile number may prevent you from receiving SMS verification codes required for account actions.
- You must not share your account login credentials with any third party. Shared accounts will be suspended pending investigation.
- lu444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for which it has reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been violated, pending a full review.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
lu444 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are credited to your gaming wallet in real time in the vast majority of cases. lu444 does not charge a platform fee on deposits made via local Bangladeshi mobile financial services. Fees imposed by the payment provider on their end are outside lu444's control.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
- Accounts must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play, but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.
- lu444 targets processing of all approved withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. This target is not guaranteed and may be exceeded during periods of high transaction volume or during security reviews.
lu444 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending a security or fraud review. In the event that a withdrawal is withheld, lu444 will notify the account holder and provide a reasonable timeframe for the completion of its review. All funds held pending review remain the property of the account holder unless a determination of fraud is made.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
lu444 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only. lu444 may exclude certain accounts or geographic areas from specific promotional offers at its sole discretion.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms.
- Bonuses may only be used once per eligible promotion per account. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times, whether through multiple accounts or otherwise, constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
- lu444 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, system exploitation, or in breach of these Terms.
- Bonus offers are time-limited. lu444 is not obligated to extend the availability of any bonus beyond its stated expiry date and time.
lu444 is not responsible for technical failures, network interruptions, or payment processing errors that result in a bonus not being credited to a user's account. In such circumstances, users should contact support at [email protected] providing full details of the relevant promotion.
5. Gameplay, Fair Play, and Prohibited Conduct
lu444 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all registered players. All casino games available on the Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by lu444 staff or by players. Sports betting markets are subject to standard market-making practices; odds may change prior to event commencement and in-play odds are subject to real-time fluctuation.
The following forms of conduct are strictly prohibited on lu444. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform or in any game to gain an unfair financial advantage.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Colluding with other players, lu444 staff, or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or market available on the Platform.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including deliberately depositing and withdrawing funds without meaningful participation in gaming activity.
6. Additional Prohibited Activities
In addition to the gameplay-specific prohibitions set out in Section 5, the following activities are prohibited across all areas of lu444:
- Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without that user's explicit authorisation.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software infrastructure.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during the registration, KYC verification, or withdrawal process.
- Using a VPN, proxy service, or any other technical means to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of accessing lu444 from a jurisdiction in which its use is prohibited.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or lu444 staff through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
lu444 reserves the right to report any activity that it reasonably believes constitutes a criminal offence to the relevant authorities, including law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh. Account closure in such circumstances does not preclude further legal action.
7. Responsible Gaming
lu444 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform provides all registered players with access to the following tools, available at any time from within the account settings section: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session duration reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and result in immediate restriction of access to the Platform for the elected period.
lu444 enforces the 21+ age requirement at the point of registration and through ongoing KYC verification. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lu444 shall not be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the user's access to or use of the Platform, including without limitation: loss of winnings due to technical error or system downtime; loss of data; interruption to gaming sessions caused by network outages beyond lu444's reasonable control; or any reliance placed by the user on content displayed on the Platform.
lu444's total aggregate liability to any single user arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their lu444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit lu444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Amendments to These Terms
lu444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively change your rights or obligations under the Terms — lu444 will provide reasonable prior notice by posting the revised Terms on the Platform with an updated effective date, and, where practicable, by notifying registered users via their registered email address or registered mobile number. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you have a positive balance, contact support to arrange a withdrawal before your account is closed.
10. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services as used and accessed in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through lu444's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangladesh, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
